Aftermarket front Grilles (for Mk4)

Hey all,

Is there much out there for the Mk4, along the lines of aftermarket Grilles?
(talking about the Three portions, left/right and centre (with the 'S' badge).

Not so interested in replacing the slat style grille for the honeycombe style.
Interested more in possibly an aluminium Mesh, replacing the slats?? [B)]

Anyone got any alternatives fitted / how does it look?

Cheers in advance.

i ahve the debadged front grille mate, and it sets the car off, it looks realy nice, but if that is what you are looking for on the ebay like i would say save your pennies, you are tunrin a decent car into a mess.

would stick with the slats mate or honeycomb, they suit the cars, its all about making it loook smart not spoiling it becouse then you get a bad reputation

Yellow Bizza : Cheers for the link, and I do believe you have helped me make up my mind! ;) Hmmm, it really doesnt look right! Or perhaps on the front end of that car it looks OTT as they have done the bumper in the same mesh!?

Cotton : ...therefore, as you say mate, de-badged Grille it is! :D ...is it just a matter of removing the 'S' badge, or is it a whole new grille section? Cheers in advance.

Ksalmi : Love your ride, very sleek indeed.
There are a number of pics of your ride on another website? MINT looking car indeed (subtle styling but the overall look is great)!
Interesting your centre Grille slats run horizontally, is this the 'de-badged' grille, or a custom job? :)
