yes i can run it on standard (262) or valet mode (<200)...
i am on valet mode at the moment and i looks like i am going to get >340miles out of this tanks. so remaps can save you money as well as give you fun... Again GIAC is the only remap to get as you can switch it while on the move...

i have now flushed my controller onto the panel that covers the serial port so it is as easy as press my desired mode, then 2 seconds later i am in the mode

I had a choice of which car to remap, my Cupra or the wife's Lupo gti, no contest, 300+bhp wins every time....
I chose Revo, because the nearest dealer is 5 miles down the road, so if I need to change anything, it's not too far...

Economy mode for A to B and if an Astra VXR pulls up to you at the lights and is driven by the usual "untouchable/unbeatable" type, you can instantly change to 310bhp and wipe the floor with them when the lights turn to green

Ok next question :D

what is the benefit of economy mode?

As I see it, I can actually save fuel with the remap, as you dont have to rev so hard to get the power, im normally changing gear well under 3k revs even on a fast drive with the remap due to so much low down power.

the benifit of econemy mode is in the name. you save alot more fuel than you do in any other mode, in the winter when i dont want 260 or 310 bhp i can turn it off so that i have less power.

less power means more traction
more traction means i wont crash

Don't you think this constant switching will do some damage eventually ?

????why would it cause damage???? this is i the only remap on the market that DOES NOT increase the flash counter that i know of which means it is totally undetectable.

I don't know man, just when you poke something for some time,it brakes
Btw look what I found
original figures before remap :245bhp @ 6395rpm
320nm @ 4602rpm

figures after remap: 304bhp @ 6674rpm
395nm @3575rpm - That's some guy wrote in a thread here.Is this realistic ?
