For £20 thats a good price halfrauds sell just the wiring adapter for around £15.

I dont really see a problem with the standard leon aerial to be fair, think its better than just a single lump thats the same width the whole way along.

I dont know really im in two minds still, my car black so for £5 might get one and see, i can always shot it on here or ebay wasnt too sure on lee69's pics looks good but on the red on it shows it alittle better, still undecided tho. Might just chop off the top half of my standard aerial and rub it smooth with some 1200 wet n dry lol

Old thread dragged up but thought better than starting a new one!

Bought a civic aerial as I had that on my last Leon and although needed the base trimmed looks well once back on....

However I cut my standard Leon aerial at the end of the stubby part before it narrows and the cut isn't noticeable at all and also the radio reception is still perfect.....just wondering why peeps havnt done this before? As if looks better than the civic one IMO
