I find the Aura ok. But i want to keep OEM. Dont want a gash head unit. Ipod works a treat but not knowing what track it what is a bit of a pain. Have been looking at other VAG HU's to replace the Aura though.

I changed my Aura for a £100 s0ny HU that has a hard wired ipod adaptor. dremelled a small notch out of a small black bit of plastic in my glove box (no idea what is was for) and fed the wire through there. looks tidy and personally the difference in the sound is fantastic, it really is, esepcially the low end bassy stuff. My HU also shows more track info than you could shake a stick at! shame the usual door leak has buggered my front speakers though lol. :D

I'm still running the Aura in mine as i'm yet to see a head unit that looks tidy in it. I have instead brought an AUX kit that allows me to keep my Cd changer and feed in my iphone through that instead, therefore allowing me to control my music also.

Plus I dont find the sound quality to be bad
