Hi all, I have a 2021 Tarraco. For the last couple of weeks I have noticed the sound of water sloshing around in the tailgate area.
I released the rubber grommets at the bottom of the tailgate and a good amount of water drained out. It appeared to have some suds in it but not much. The water never gets inside the car.
This got me thinking that the rear washer pipes were leaking but I took all the trim off (a nightmare) and could not find any sign of a leak from the washer pipes. I did wash the car so this could have been the source of the suds water. I'm am wondering if anybody has had this problem?
The Tiguan forums seem to have some mention of it but no definite answer, some say the rear window seal, others the third brake light. We did have some very low temperatures here recently and maybe some seal expanded and was damaged due to freezing. Any help would be much appreciated.
