Accidentally Debadged my FR

Hi,

Whilst cleaning my FR the other day I got a bit carried away and managed to remove the 'T' from the 'TDI' above the front wheel. Has anyone got an idea how I stick it back on? The mount for the letter is still on the car so is it just a matter of getting some araldite or something to stick it back on?

did you notice the any performance issues with the car since the loss of the turbo

Just on one side, the other side still has the turbo. Just means the car goes round in cicles

I wouldnt use a glue, I'd either try cutting number plate stickies to fit or get a new badge from the dealer.

Claim it came off in the sun (if you have had any lately) and let them worry about it under warranty.

or take the D and I off as well to match the 08 spec cars and give nice cleaner finish to the side of the car. I took the TFSI off mine I thought it looked a bit too much everyone kept asking what it stood for and felt a nerd explaining.

Halfords do a trim repair tape, idea if not the same as the "T" would have been stuck on with originally.
