A question about the side mirror and a question about handling

About the side mirror:
I cannot get enough outward angle from the driver's (left) side mirror, i have read here on the forum the same complain but on a different car, something with mirrors belonging to right hand drive cars being put on left hand cars? Any solution for that would be great. (besides an ugly wide mirror attachment)

About the handling
A former mk2 miata owner here, also has experience with track days and some races.
So i now have an Ibiza 6P (2015, 1.2tsi, manual) and i am having concerns about the car's handling.
I am not expecting anything near a mazda miata but the ibiza feels really sensitive and somewhat tail happy. And after i had an urgent rear tires replacement because of a puncture, (which i probably have been given some shitty tires), the car wants to oversteer like crazy and the ESP goes bananas each time i enter a corner fast while off the throttle.
Also, the car lacks damping and bottoming out quite easily on speed bumps.
At the performance shop where i service my car they took the car for a test drive and told me that the dampers are a bit worn out but nothing serious, also there are no leaks from them. The car has 155,000km on it.
Is this typical? I have been driven some other hatchbacks with shitty tires and they weren't as bad.

Have you checked the tyre pressure ?
A general rule for fwd hatchbacks is that the rears should be 4-6 psi lower than the fronts (for example in 6j fr/cupra the reccomendation is 39psi front, 32 rear).

You may also find that due to the numb steering feel because of the electric assistance, you provide greater input than needed to the steering wheel, causing a slight understeer which then leads to oversteer when the electronics kick in.

I run 5 psi higher on the front, but that should increase the cornering grip, (at an expense of longitude grip).
But this shouldn't make such a difference anyway. The oversteer tendency exaggerated after i replaced the rear tires, but a car manufacturer tuning a car this way is crazy, it should stay relatively balanced even if the rear tires are bad. I drove lots of different, mostly mid-ranged cars on the edge, on the track as well, and cars that are as sensitive as the ibiza are rare.

My guess would be that it could be a combination of a general sensitive behavior, worn out dampers, shitty tires and some other mechanical problem which havn't been diagnosed yet with my car. Anyway, im gonna put a new set of quality tires this month, lets see how much of a difference it will make.

P.S I wonder if the front sway bar got detached, this could explain this behavior. I heard about a guy having oversteer issue on the track until he found out his front sway bar got detached (Its an aftermarket part though).
