you will have to let us know the difference pabs, should not suffer so badly from heat soak yeh, so figures not too far out then.
just cant work out the fluctuation on my boost up the rev range, its not massive but enough for me to notice?

p.s cheers bigjode for the calculations, handy to know

No probs!

I get hesitation or stuttering up the rev range too on this revo trial. Happens to quite a few 20vt's when remapped - very annoying isn't it?

BTW Steve, I think your maf reading is healthy for a remapped 20vt.

Have you got any hardware mods yet? exhaust or filter etc?

the trial was awesome for me, sweet as a nut! no stuttering at all.
pulled nicely up the rev range, my problem started after installing, exhaust, cai etc?
im sure im not the only one who has experienced it, never got it when standard tho.
overall still happy, will try and change some sps settings when I get around to going up and seeing my local revo dealer.

u'll need to modify or get a new crash bumper
u'll also need custom samco hosing to get to it..... by the time you've added that all in u may as well get a forge ;)

if it flows better than stock, and saves you 400+ nicker.i'd certainly consider it.
but its an underlying comment(and was mentinoed just yesterday),FORGE one is just too expensive,ok they are good,ok they have development costs, but just far too much for what it does IMHO.
they are genuinely a good company,i've had a DV service kit for nought and i'm grateful, but 700 + for a FMIC?the cost doesn't out weigh the need for me

My opinions regarding the forge price are the same as Jason's, but thats why we have group buys ;) Saves you £100 or so....

By the time you've got a universal one, trying to get hold of the hoses etc I recon would be quite tricky - its not like these hoses are readily available from Samco - they are custom for this application. And it would be doubtful Forge would sell them seperately...?

£170 + p&p on a universal one, + all the other parts + all the messing around just works out more expensive IMO. And the forge is proven quality, and with their customer support its even better :)

might change the downpipe, not sure i want to get involved changing the exhaust as i dont want a loud car.

could get downpipe, performance cat, 4bar fpr and revo stg 2,always wanted to get a large fmic too :)

oh and iv got super4 sparkplugs, good for 20bhp

i dont get any hesitation, iv got a brand new n75 valve spare and a revo sps3 if u wanted to try a few things sometime
