Hey all looking for 325mm by 25mm discs to enable me to get my porsche brakes fitted (Fouling the wheels witht he 312mm discs and been told that 323mm are too thick).

Ive only been able to source them from one place so far at £165 plain or £200 drilled grooved

Anyone know of anywhere else to source or is that basically what i have to pay (just want to check prior to spending money and then finding out i could have had them cheaper)?

Cheers all

Yea i wasnt saying for a minute that the price was bad fella just wanted to know if there is any competition out there to haggle with as we all trying to mod as reasonable as possible.

I would much rather pay £165 for a set of discs that are good quality as they are the main component that stopping me from going in the stingies :).

Just the name of the game really

Worth going for the drilled grooved for £35 extra as heard mixed reviews on cracking etc?

:D I wasn't telling you off. I just put new discs on my LCR and found that I could get plain "OEM" discs for £50 each but like you say, it's the only thing stopping you so I went for grooved and dimpled EBC Turbo Groove with DS2500 pads. As far as I know, the only way you will experience cracking discs is if they a drilled through, otherwise you'll be fine. Having grooved discs helps disperse brake dust from the disc, aids cooling and promotes even pad wear.
