2nd lamba sensor problem

i've had a full stainless steel system fitted including decat for £320 (bargin)but keep getting the engine managment light up . checked vag com and it's saying the sensor after the decat is running to lean . tryed gapping the sensor about 6mm but still getting the problem . does enyone now the correct size to gap the sensor ?

That's a hell of a price to just get rid of a fault code to be honest. You don't need your second lambda. Just tells you if your cat works. I don't have my 2nd lambda in at all and have my engine light up constantly. Unless I get a dummy block I will have to live with it.

But you are right any mapper should be able to map the 2nd sensor.

Not sure if just spacing it outs stops the code from appearing.
