20vt injectors problem

Hi i am running a agu 20v t on emerald ecu.Have just replaced engine loom with 1 from emerald as i thought that was problem with car but turns out it is not
Basically engine starts fine but is running really rich & when revving it sometimes backfires,It also seems like it is running on 3 cylinders but have checked coilpacks & all are sparking.I then checked injectors by removing the plugs whilst engine was running & injectors 2 & 4 are not working.Have checked all the loom for breaks in wires but is fine & have replaced injectors but still the same?
Has anybody had this problem before or know someone that has?

When i ordered the new wiring from emerald it came with the pinouts to where each wire went so i followed the wiring & this is how i got the problem.
Anyways to cut a long story short instead of wiring each injector seperately we wired number 2&4 together & 1 & 3 & it is now running perfect
