Sure is! Was up on Friday to sign the paperwork but avoided looking for it haha!

Wished I had opted for 18" rims

Can I ask what deal you got on this, my Leon 1.4 FR (in metallic paint also but standard rims) was ordered via leasing broker 2 weeks ago (3 years @ £210).

I'm £280 but that was with only £100 upfront, dealer contribution and SEAT were running a winter voucher thing at the time too for another £1k off.

It's 1.4 FR in white. Just needs the alloys swapped over from 17s to 18s. It's sitting behind the used cars

Evening all,

Been lurking on this forum for a few weeks now having a read on all the topics and admiring all the new Leon's.

Just after some feedback on lead times for the new Leon ST, i placed the order on February 13th at a dealer local to me, I was told 9-12 weeks but I'm yet to have any further information regarding a build date. I have requested the information from the dealer a few times and had no useful information other than "bare with us". I got the order number and called Seat UK who gave a delivery time of up to 27 weeks... They said it was due to the engine and gearbox i specced, then said it was a shortage of LED lights, then said it was down to the machined alloys I ordered (I changed them to the performance alloys but still told it could be 20 weeks).

The car I have ordered is the Leon ST 1.4 Tsi FR DSG, Emocion red, 18" alloys, convenience pack and panoramic roof.

I spoke to Seat UK last Tuesday who said they would call me back by the end of last week with further info, I said I was willing to change the engine or colour if that helped confirm a build date but heard nothing back. Emailed and called dealer at weekend with no response.

If im being honest I'm getting a bit hacked off at the lack of communication, I can't seem to get a straight answer, started to look at nearly new but nothing catching my eye. I live in Dundee if anybody knows of a spare Leon ST kicking about.

Apologies for long first post..

Doesn't sound like you've been having a great time of it. Tbh my local dealer could also be a lot better. My wife had much better customer service when she brought her new Ford earlier this month than what I am having with mine that's for certain. There is apparently a long lead in on the 1.4 due to their current demand but other than that I obviously can't advise any more. Unfortunately your dealer probably is your besthing bet but that's not really what you wanted to hear lol.

Does anybody have a link to the latest Leon car manual?

I found one here, however I can't see my engine in it: [seat dot com]/owners/your-seat/manuals-offline/manuals.html?model=Leon%205D%20(2016)&id=30&_charset_=UTF-8 (I can't post links yet...)

Unless I'm reading it wrong. Also, just reading the details on my vehicle order form, and it says:

"Vehicle: Seat Leon Hatchback 2016"; "Derivative: 1.4 Eco TSI Xcellence Technology 5dr DSG - 2016".

This is the new model, so I'm a little thrown off by the 2016. I was under the impression it was only released in February, so wouldn't it be 2017?

Hi all,

The title says it all. I had originally seen the pre sales brochure for the new Leon but now the proper one is on the Seat web site.:D.
