You will need the following:
- A very patient friend you owes you one.
- Double if not triple the the surface area of your car in wrap.
- A lot of beer.
Another thing is it will take a good part of a week to get it done right I would of thought. All it takes is one crease and you have to start that panel again. I'd estimate you'll get a crease on most of the panels.
I did a roof once and it was extremely stressful and in the end I settled with a couple of bubbles. I'd never do a surface area like that again.
Honestly I'd either pay someone to do it or just get the car painted.
I think I remember you saying so somewhere. I'd personally forget matte if I were you. It's a pain to maintain. I know a guy who has a C63 AMG with matte grey and he always complains how it looks when it's dirty and how hard it is to maintain. He freaks out over the smallest things on the wrap. Maybe he is paranoid, I don't know but listening to him complain has turned me off it massively.
My parents do t shirt printing and embroidery and they use a place called mdp but they also do vehicle wraps, i have attached the link on this, they offer carbon wrap, chrome, textured loads of stuff may be worth a look if your thinking of doing anything else.
