+20 bhp plugs

whats that all about then???keep seeing +20 bhp plugs for £40 a go
i understand about a bigger better spark helping combustion but +20 bhp

maybe there's a point where the engine requires or benafits from the better quality spark plug after a certain level of tune?boost???

+ 20bhp just sounds a bit daft to me

Every engine requires a certain level of spark, once its got it, more spark won't do naff all. So if your NGK's can deliver x amount and this brand, Y amount, it won't matter cuz the engine will perform the same on x amount or y amount, or y* 1000000 amount of spark AFAIK.

The only way a bigger spark can increase bhp is:

1. if your old plugs weren't up to the job

2. you had more fuel and air in the chamber to burn with it.

no its true... why spend 1,000's on other mods to get 30 bhp when you can do that.

ok im not actually sure if you realise this but the mod is just a variable resistor which connects the engine temp sensor fooling the car into thinking its cooler than it really is and so injects more fuel to suit, will maybe add more power but will richen the mix out and cause long term engine damage!
