18" wheels on 1997

will 18" wheels fit a 1997 cordoba 1.6 with standerd suspension, i wouldnt want to modify the arches. the only reason Im asking is because a mate is selling some 18" cheap.

if u have a car full will scrub like **** and dont think will fit tbh as 17's just fit

Don't even think about it. It WILL look completely stupid. I tried LCR 18's on mine and they looked too big. And you have to mod the arches etc to get them to fit.
