1.9Tdi Mooing on switch off

When switching the engine off there is a mooing sound coming from the bulk head area, seems to be coming from the black box in the picture with the pipes coming out of it.
when removing one of the pipes the noise disappears.
Can someone please tell me what this part is?

Not sure what the box is but those look like vacuum pipes going into it which would explain the mooing if it was releasing the vacuum when you switch the car off.

Yes I believe they are vacuum pipes.
Just want to get a price for the part.
It’s been doing it for about a year now and had enough of it.
