Today when I started 1.8tsi 2015 I hear for 2seconds something like chain is about to tension.
camshaft adaptation intake bank 1 phase position is 0.0°
camshaft adaptation exhaust bank 1 phase position is 0.0°
Tensioner of chain is out with three threads from 7 allowed by VW.

Only in cold start. No DTC
What is it ?

Not sure what the hell that is...Maybe the starter motor not disengaging properly and the teeth rubbing on the flywheel ring gear? That's my best guess, it certainly doesn't sound like anything to do with the timing chain to me.

for me it sounds like older ea888 gen with failing chain... it like metalic moving parts .. it doing only after night, at morning cold starts , so if it will be problem with starter it will be doing every start? really dont know if worn chain sliders which are pushed by tensioner without oil (at morning only) can do this

Doesn't sound like any timing chain noise i've ever heard, that's usually a rattle sound, where as yours sounds like something grinding together. I'm listening over the internet though, so maybe it sounds different IRL compared to through a speaker.
