1.8 20 non turbo - engine risers?

Hello all - sick of smashing my sump and the general state of roads, I'm looking at engine risers - seems there are a lot of these for the 1.8t 20v but I see no mention of the naturally aspirated engine - does it have the same mounts? would the risers be ok on my car?

I'm also thinking of getting new bilstein b4 shocks, at least on the front, as things are getting a bit 'wallowy', probably new lemforder wishbones too as I've got an advisory on the nearside (which takes 90% of the violence..).

I can't see why the mounts would be different as the vehicle chassi is the same and so is the block. So I think they would work. Also there is a shallow sump conversion available to for the 1.8. Might be for the turbo but you could make a blank for the return hole.
If your replacing the lower arms my advice is to buy cheap ones from eurocar parts or ebay specials. But then replace the bushes for powerflex.
Using the grade that suits your car use.
