1.4i fresh off the rollers got.....

....67.5bhp & 85.1lbft Torque

Not bad really. Car only has exhaust modification and I was advised that my car is running lean and could ideally do with a bit more fuel.

Any idea's why it could be running lean? Would if be worth fitting an FSE powerboost valve to increase the fuel even tho it's only going give 1-2bhp. Priced it up at £90 + fitting.

At that figure I thought the rollers where being generous as my last go was in my old ibiza and that got 63bhp BUT it had a large jap canned exhaust on it, and the engine was in a lot worse condition.

I will not be fitting an induction kit to it! But I might increase the cold air flow with some nice DIY shop's tumble dryer style hosing :)

it's a bit low. SPT gave my old 1.4 73bhp, F2-Stu was north of that without FSE, but he did get one plumbed in & dyno tuned and it did yield a little more.

Don't get an FSE, there is much better adjustable regulators on the market.

My old ABD ran lean with induction and exhaust so i put a bigger fuel injector in there. Then it ran rich and poped at high rpm lol
