Problems started after driving through a deep puddle. EPC and engine light. If I clear the warnings the engine light goes away then returns after 20ish minutes of driving.

Hired a mobile mechanic and he thought that is was a problem with the actuator, but the error code I have doesn't seem to match the ones others got with an actuator failure. Does anyone else know what this might be?
