yellow

Hi all I've got a 2002 1.6 16v with 40,000 on the clock. I opened the engine oil filler cap last week and was shocked to see a yellow gunk and water droplets on the underside and on the filler lip. :( Car was last serviced in December, so pretty confident it wasn't there before then...

I currently have yellow bump strips but i'm starting to prefer the look of black ones :shrug: Any thoughts?

Looking at potentially sill guards for my 03 LC. Now it's in yellow so not sure how'd it look. What do people reckon, anyone got any pics of sills on a yellow LC? I've seen the pics of Pabs with them on but I think they suit the colour of his car.

Anyone else suffered with this? As I washed and waxed it yesterday to find it has faded really badly in some areas. I'm planning on contacting my dealer tomorrow to find out where I stand and what they'll do.

This morning a yellow flashing warning light with a coil in the middle appeared for about 5 minutes then stopped. Is this to do with electrics or could it be the oil level etc? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
