I have been experiencing leaking rear washer so I have been using the rear heated window to demist-normal thing to do! However, the bottom two 'lines' on the window don't seem to work as it never demists down there. What can I do to get these working again?

manual window winder cable has snapped so i am unable to wind the window up or down. the window can be opened by sliding it down, but only goes half way. would i be able to change the winder cable or would the whole regulator have to be changed? any help would be appreciated 1994 mk2 ibiza
