right my sisters rear washer jet has stopped working.. i know this is a common problem with the mk3 it hapened to me 2 weeks ago.. the water in the tube freezes and expands making the pipe disconect and the water goesinto the boot. i was just wondering if this is also the case for the mk4...

due to cold the pipe for my rear washer has come off at the bottle. what is best way of getting to it? undertray out or through wheel arch? (remove passenger side wheel?) thanks in advance ian :confused:

As thread title.... When I use the rear washer, the jet moves partially side-to-side as the wiper arm, er wipes. Anyone else had this, any tips for when I have a look at it ?

Does any of the VAG range cars have these washers/system, that can be fitted to the MK4. If its going to be a bad winter, they could be a godsend.

Look's like I've succumbed to the old favourite - my rear washer pipe has popped off - a really weedy jet, and the sound of water spraying inside the tailgate :mad:. Anyway, any tips on how I get inside the tailgate to fix it ? I've never pulled the tailgate apart yet, and it's dark...
