throttle

Had problems with my car wont rev touch the accelerator and it will bring the EPC light.So had a look at work with a snap-on scanner which told me the throttle position sensor G-79.Ordered a new 1 from seat and fitted that, reset the codes no lights press the pedal again and light comes back...

Any ideas why I get a long 'squeal' especially down hill when I let off the throttle? Many Thanks
