I have just bought a new one and have read you can test to see if it opens in boiling water. All I can see when I put it in the measuring jug of hot water is bubbles, wheras when it goes into a cold jug of water I get no bubbles. Not really sure as to what I should be looking for. Any...

I see the housing is held on by 2 bolts and there's a hose on the end but it looks like there would be something in the way if I were to go for removing the two bolts? Is this the only way to get it off? Thanks 1.9 130pd btw. :)

Just looking on eurocarparts and there are 4 thermostats for the 1.4 ibiza, 2 have seals with them and 2 dont... they are all about the same price and all for the APQ engine, cant anyone help me with this? Ive done a search and cant find what im looking for, a part number etc Thanks, Chris
