Hi I want to put other engine in my 1.6 75 HP ibiza.. i thinking about 2.0 gti 8v Now i would like to know if any piece is compatible with 1.6? Maybe gearbox? And what everything i need for swap? Thx

I'm about to exchange my 05 FR TDi with REVO map for ane shape FR TDi - can I just swap the ECU's over as: a). they are both the same BHP model and b). I don't really want to pay another £500 for a remap and c). I'm tight!!!!!

if your doing a k04 swap on the ibiza, is it true that the k04 wather outlet pipe on the turbo doesnt fit on our engine becouse of the rear motor mount? and what would you guys do, ko4 vs eliminator?

Hi, Thinking of swapping my stock ECU for a remapped ECU. Im told the remapped ECU has software which means that they can be swapped without vag-com. Does this make sense? If not what would I have to do to swap over? Thanks fred.

Im thinking about swapping my ecu for a 180bhp cupra r ecu, how straight forward is this and would I need any mods apart from vagcom to adjust it to my cupra? I'd probably look at revo'ing it too, would this increase the bhp than what I could get from a standard ecu? if its not worth it i'll...

I just bought a seat sport gearknob [B)] but how do i remove my standard cupra one?? I thought i'd ask before i had a go as i tried to remove a mk4 gearknob before but i couldn't do it, Surely someone must know how to remove them without damage, thanks

if my head gasket went, to fix it is it just a case of swapping the gaskets for new ones or is there another procedure that needs doing.. ie: cleaning inside the engine to get the water out or whatever else. replacing parts? cheers

Planning to swap my ECU very soon. Got all the recoding of the SEAT immob/ECU side ef things sorted. Does anyone know if the CLIFFORD alarm (Concept500) is going to get in the way of this? Just for reference i'm swapping an my APR chip for a REVO'd ECU (long story) :)

Currently have a late 2002 Leon Cupra (MY03) in Platinum. Starting to think about maybe getting hold of a ibiza diesel (130). But don't want to start paying anything out, as i have only just paid off the Leon. What would my Leon with 45k miles (not bad condition, but odd scratch and kerbed...
