been out in my lcr tonight had a game of footie jumped back in car to go home thats when it all happened.. my boost gauge shot round to 20psi then down to 10 but started stuttering ?? i few miles down the road the traction control light comes on ?? anyone have any ideas

I had new springs (they are the right ones) for my tdi sport a good while ago, hoping they would lift the ride height to standard again, its still too low (see picture) so do you reckon its the shocks that are knackered?
