Probabaly being a bit of a numpty here, I went to change my spark plugs today but could not work out how to get them out. Obviously there is the coil pack on top of them and alod of other wires and brackets.
Now how the doda do you get the coil packs off to get to the plug to...

I've just pulled the plugs out to check thier condition and don't recognise the part number on them.
They are Bosch Super Plus FR7LDC. I've done a search on here for that number and get no matches. Does anyone know if they are correct for the car (01 1.8T)?

I've seen 0.028" (0.711mm) mentioned by on sparkplugs.co.uk they say the gap should be 1.0mm.

Is it possible to change the plug nearest the passenger side without moving the turbo->smic charge pipe? I can't see how the coilpack could be removed otherwise.

Went to Halfrauds and they don't stock any for the R, just for the cupra.
Any one recommend any, bearing in mind my car is standard 180hp map with only mods being BMC enclosed and forge 007p
