Just changed my k03s on my lc as the old one died, the old turbo was different to the new one i put on though and slightly larger intake bore. Problem i have is i now want silicone hoses and am not sure what i want as my engine code is APP but the bore will be different for the TIP assumingly...

can i use silicone vac hosing on the 2 actuator pipes ? and the surrounding connected pipes ? or will it melt/collapse? Ive got the main ones eg dump valve done in silicone vac hosing already reason for asking is they look old and frayed

about the replace the "TIP" on my onvi yellow LCR and eventually the other pipe work but unsure of colour choice, thinking yellow or blue? any one got any good pic's or seen any that look nice. or more importantly any that look toss?? iknow alots personall choice but opinions would be appreciated!

How does one plumb a boost guage into a TDI if he no longer has the solid plastic OE boost hose? Quite fancy a nice boost guage, but surely you can't plumb a 25PSI line into a silicone hose can you? Is the only alternative the silver pankcake by the drivers wheel arch?

Now i have the mk4 golf tip on my car, but i'm not sure which engine code its from, possibly one of the k03 platform golf, now if i was to upgrade to a k03s would this tip fit, as i know the inlet side of the k03s is lareg by about 2-3mm. Cheers. Phil.
