Hi, Does anyone know what torque the caliper bolts should be done up to on a mk1 leon cuipra TDI? Changed the pads and disks yesterday and did the caliper bolts upto 35ft/lbs Is this sufficient? Thanks

hello i got me a Whiteline ARB going on Next week (Hopefully) with my AP Coilovers just want your input on what setting to have it on i was thinking of putting it on the stiffest setting and leaving it. but is this to much for road use? what are your thoughts?

Just wondered if anyone knew the torque value for the big end bolts. Ive got a feeling its 65NM but not sure if this is the mains or the big ends. If anyone knew this would be great!!! Cheers in advance :D

Guys given that there is adjustment in the short shift where have you all set yours too? I hear that there is very minimal difference with the shift set with the greatest lever throw amount. I was going to set mine on full set, minimal lever.... Your thoughts please

Recently changed the actuator in my k03 for another standard actuator. I'm after some info onhow it 'should' be set. So far i set it pretty much how the old one was. I think i got the gist of how it works, adjusting one will cause a loss in boost to begin with but should hold boost further up...

On the Nut that sits under the plastic caps on the top of the susp turrets, should it be tightened to a specific torque setting, or as tight as it will go? Just wondered, as Ive taken the front drivers side susp apart, and put it back together again... the ride seems a little more crashy :banned:
