roof

Hi guys, i'm trimming my roof liner, pillars and doors in the next few weeks, can you advise me how i take the roof liner off safely? And am i right in presuming the pillars just clip off?

After finally managing to remove my roof aerial for my mk2 97 ibiza, i am now unable to find a place that sells new ones... Anyone know? i would like to avoid going to a seat dealer. Thanks

Hi guys, I was wondering if someone may be able to help me. I have an anti-theft roof aerial on my Leon, I'm trying to remove this for a smaller, more subtle aerial, but I just cant! I can unscrew it but it just doesnt pull off. Is there a way to remove this? Cheers Si

Does anyone know how to remove the roof antenna for a Seat Ibiza MKIII i dont want to remove the base unit just the aerial, but i think i might have to. If anyone has done it can they tell me if it is a tricky job or not.

Are the Altea roof bars the same as the Leon roof bars? I've checked the SEAT website, they have different part numbers but wandering if it is the same item? Ideas?

A mate had some spare black vinyl so talked me into putting the black vinyl on the roof, saves £200 if I paint it and don't like it!! What do you think?? :confused: :shrug: ;) The spoiler would be done if the black roof was to be painted, not sure though, might be a bit chav? :cartman:

Hi guys, has anyone yet fitted a roof rack? Went to buy the seat one and they have stopped selling it, apparently it has been damaging the roof! Was going to go for an aftermarket one but don't really want to damage the car.

I realise these are probably hated on here but needs must I have recently taken up surfing and need to get a set of roof bars to put my board on. I have done a search but there is not really that much info on them. Does anyone use them? If so which ones do you use? I know you can get some...
