replacing

Could anyone give me an idiots guide to replacing the front foglight in an altea xl? I'm assuming I need to remove the grill to access the light. I can remove one screw on the grill but the second screw seems to have a strange head and I don't have anything to fit it. Thanks!

I thought to do it myself, so the question is, where can I find spark plugs? To be honest, I haven't even tried to find them. :redface:
