Hey guys, picked up a set of coilovers for the LCR the other day but went to fire them on and noticed no bracket for the ARB on the strut. daft question but will i run into any problems just removing the arb and running without or is there another option to get round this cheers

Can you remove them without having to take of the door card? Is the inner cover just placed/clipped there. No bother removing the door card, just seeing if i can get away with it.

Has anyone ever had this done? Looking to blend it in with the gloss black mirrors and wheels and prefer the bump strip to be a different colour than that of the body as it breaks it up well. Does anyone know if the bump strips are stuck on with some type of glue or do they clip on?

The lower seat where the shock absorber assembly has almost seized itself together. I have taken the bolt that clamps it together completely and given it a good hammering but theres no movement at all. Is there anything I need to do that I have missed somewhere?

Right ive searched the forum high and low and cant find any info on this apart from for a leon. The seal that sits between the scuttle and bonnet, i read that removed can improve cooling in the 'bay'....it can also improve the amount of noise you hear from your dv. Has anyone done this...
