Hi all
This is the third time I have noticed this so just wanted to see what peeps general thoughts were. On my LCR I check the tyres every month or so, and each time they are reducing from 33psi to about 28-29psi. I know the LCR is a heavy car and the potholes round me are completely...
Hey guys,
Bit of a silly question but i haven't got myself a Haines yet, anyone know the correct tyre pressure for both front and back, half and full loads.
Also they are standard wheels and tyres.
Thanks guys.
15" alloys - front are pirelli p6000 can't remember the rear. I need to put some more air in - what sort of pressures do you guys with low-pro's run?
Thanks :)
Seemingly more so than any other car I've owned. I find there's a massive difference even only a few psi down. Car feels sloppier and oddly seems to pitch and roll more while cornering.
So uh.. yeah. Check your pressures often ;)
Recently bought some 17" alloys and just fitted them, just wanted to know what tyre pressures (front and rear) people run with 205/40/17 tyres fitted.
Will get some pics up when I've finished repainting my calipers and cleaned the car.
Just wondering what tyre pressures you all use? (with the standard 16" wheels on the FR).
I know the book says 33 Front / 30 Rear for normal driving conditions, but just thought some of you may have found a better combination I could try.
75% of the time it's just me in the car, and I very...
I have the 18" BBS wheels (225/40/18) that you get as an option on my 06 2.0 TDI Leon.. Where can I find the correct tyre pressures for this combination (i dont have my handbook at hand to see if it lists this but I doubt it will)
All four tyres are different at the moment.. 26, 28, 29, 32...
Just checked the tyre pressures for the first time on my leon TFSI, they are supposed to be 35 on the front and 32 on the rear. They were 35 all round, I guess there's a big pile of wheels at the factory that just get bunged on and pdi in the Uk didn't correct them.
Anyway might make the...
Hi All,
I wonder if anyone knows why all available tyre pressure charts (including the sticker inside fuel filler flap) state that my car (2002 1.9 Tdi 110) needs 34 in the front tyres and 45 in the back.
45 seems awfully high to me.
Anyone any ideas ???
I will be having new tyres fitted tomorrow.
What sort of tyre pressures shall i have them set to?
Tyres are 205/40/17 and are going on an ibiza cupra.
Cheers
Tim
Went upto Scotland last week with a car and boot full so whacked up the pressures to 34F and 38R (i think, ish)..... and i dropped them back down tonight now that im home, i went back down to the recommended 32 ..... however it feels very 'floaty'.
Just wondering what everyone else is...
I was just checking my tyre pressures and looked at inside the petrol cap.
I never drive with a full load so I looked at what the correct pressure for this should be. I might be reading this wrong (so apologies if I'm being daft and someone tell me if i am! :clown: ) but it seems to suggest...
