just fitted my porsche brakes there off the back of a boxster. everything fits fine it just braking is poor, my question is whats wrong? do they just need wearing in could the calipers be siezed or could it be bleeding? the pedal feels quite hard but doesnt stop well.

hi, Been offered some porsche brakes quite cheap.. full set up.. Looking into it i think the porsche 4 pots are off a old porsche 911 or simular. The old wide boy shape. So talking late 80's early 90's. Does it matter that the calipers are that old? any things i should be looking for...
