I'm after a bit of advise about installing this unit. There is a cable that needs to be connected to the handbrake switch so that the screen will activate whilst watching movies only when the handbrake is on. I want to bypass this so that a movie can be played without the handbrake being on...

Is there a way to have a Pioneer AVIC-X1 unit installed in an Altea? I currently have the unit in an '03 Leon Cupra R and would ideally like to transfer it to an Altea if possible to save having to find a portable unit. Any advice appreciated. Thanks
