Hi All

I will post some pictures of my new baby shortly.

Anyone else find that the doors on the Ibiza don't seem to have enough natural "stopping" points and swing quite wide when opening in a confined place? I find this a real pain when trying to get out in a normal parking space - especially if close to another car. I have to hang on to the door to...
I was pulled over by the police last night and when I was at the side of the road they questioned my front lights. I said that it was a parkin light which was showing when the engine was off.
After I proved this point he then said that it was on the wrong side when turning on my engine and...
I was gonna drill some holes in the rear bumper and install some parking sensors, however I saw the Meta SR2 Targa System at Halfords today. They even install it for you for free. Has anyone installed this on their car? If so, how are you finding it? Is it a worth while investmate? They are...
I thought I'd write up the installation of parking sensors on the new Leon for those that are contemplating it. All in all it took around 4 hours, although once I know what I'm doing it should take about half that !

Hey
I've noticed that on the options list rear parking sensors aren't available on FR and I can't find them listed on any of the standard kit lists.
Does anyone know if they are available or are fitted as standard??

As i parked up in my drive after work i locked my car and did my 'look around' at her as i always do and noticed ANOTHER parking dent on the passenger door! What the :censored: is wrong with people? Why are they SO inconsiderate to other peoples cars?
I now have one on my passenger door and...
Am looking to fit and after market parking sensor kit to the rear of my car (Altea reference sport). There are several kits on ebay which basically have only two wires. One to connect to one of the rear reverse lights and the other to earth. Seems simple but there's another guy selling a tow bar...
My 2002 1.9TDi has developed a parking sensor fault where the parking sensor button flashes, and a long continuous beep comes rather than the distance sensitive pings. The dealer wants £50 plus vat for diagnosis, then parts and labour on top, which seems a bit extreme. I suppose it might me a...
Trying to fit rear parking sensors and all has been OK so far, simply pulled sensor cables through the back of the bumper into the spare wheel well (there is a gromet already there where the wires for the rear numberplate light pass through). Velcroed the control unit adjacent the spare wheel...
