Had the pads off the my car the other week to check all was OK, noticed that on the n/s/f the pads had some signs of cracking in the friction material. Is this anything to be concerned about ?

I had a look around for my favoured mintex 1144s and 1155s but couldn't seem to find any. To be honest I couldn't find any pad upgrade for the Mk4 Ibiza FR. Has anyone else had anymore luck?:confused:

Can anyone tell me what tool you need to remove the brake calliper from a Leon to remove the pads? I'm guessing it's a 7mm allen key. I can't get my head far enough into the wheel arch to see!!! I only have a 6 and 8mm allen neither of which fit (typical!) so i guess it's a 7mm unless they...
