when i ordered my mk1 fr tdi in 04 the salesman said it would come with manual mirrors and the single cd player. i wasn't bothered about the latter as i'm a radio man 100% of the time (cd player hasn't been used ... ever.) however i was a bit gutted re: mirrors as i knew i'd want to fold them...

what are the options re. suspension kits on the mk4 1.9 fr? want springs and shocks fixed suspension preferably 40mm as I had 30mm on my corsa and wasnt low enough.
