misfire

teh leon is misfiring but nto always at 2.5k or there abouts, it will hesitate and after a second or 2 it'll then go, was worse todasy that before any ideas? im gonna get some plugs in it either way but no warnin lamps, i'd have thought a managment lamp would have come and left me a code...
