miltek

Hi all, i was wondering whos got miltek system on there mk1 cupra?How loud is it, performance etc?not wanting a loud system, more performance side. Also would it be better to have it installed when i get my car revo'd? Car currently has carbonio and forge dv. thanks.

Just waiting on my miltec to be deliverd and i was wondering cos it was 2nd hand do i need to get any perticular hangers or will the exhaust centre where i am taking it have everything i need to install it? Cheers David.

Looking at gettin a catback Miltek Exhaust for my Fr in the next few weeks,:) but im sure i read somewhere that the tailpipe is to short for the cupra bumper and a extenstion pipe is need??? is this right:confused: Anyone Help??

Convince me why I need one of these over the standard system :) What does the tailpipe look like, comments on noise? Any power increase? Best place to buy? Cheers Dom

Just been nosing about the tinterweb and came across powerflow exhausts. reading the technical info and looking at the data (shown below) it sounds like they are much better than Miltek. Can anybody confirm this?? The figures below are taken from REVS magazine on a Saxo VTR. Brand 'Cat'...

Struggling to find an actual cost of this. I like the look of Spazo's exhaust, so how much is it for a cat back milltek for the FR tdi. saw a price of £225 for the VRS one, so thought it can't be much more than that, oh and i would prefer the one without the resonating box.

Just wondering if they are the same item or does the tdi version have some sort of particulate filter on it. just wondered if i could use the one off the 1.8T on a Tdi?
