lowering

what is the best mm drop i should go for and im only doing springs for now i no what springs to go for just advice on how far i should drop it and also how low will 40mm springs lower my lc

planning on putting on 19" wheels and lowering will this work or am i wasteing my time?? wise cracks plz!!!!! its a serious question which i do need help with deciding thanks any useful info much apreciated

iv just bought a set of 35mm springs and fitted them on sat.. it has gone lower but is ther anyway of making it lower??

okay guys looking to lower my car.. would love coilovers but cant afford them at the mo seen a set of springs to lower 45mm, would these be any good? what else would need changing? anyone lowered their car on springs? which ones did u get? any problems? etc etc.. any help much appricated..

Has anyone with a Mk2 Leon Cupra or Mk2 Leon with xenons had any problems with them after lowering it? I'm thinking of fitting sportlines but don't want to create problems. Any other issues to watch out for when lowering?

Does anyone know if i can get 20mm springs, i dont want to go really low, but running 18" rims and just want to settle the height a little bit. Anyone know whats the smallest drop i can get or anyone know how much lower Cupra R springs are over standard FR ones ?

ive recently had weitec coilovers fitted to my ibiza, now ive got a creaking noise from front and rear when goin over speed ramps or bumpy roads and wen driving around 5-10mph, ive got the adjusters out at the back and about 13 threads up from the bottom at the front dont know how low axactly...

Ok, here is my problem, after much debating about what to do, i have decided to either go with just spring drop..this will be 30mm like Gooner Mike and Dervpower...or im going to get the cheapish kit from DPM...which is spring and shock set but lowers it 50mm all round but am unsure which to go...
