Quick question guys! Has anyone changed the lower plastic lip on the front bumper? Can I buy it as a seperate part and fit it myself? Mines got a few scuffs from going to fast over speeds bumps.....still geting use to the motor and loving it more and more every day:)

when I was at Impossible Performance last week they said they fitted a forge fmic to a mk3 and retained the oem lower grill. I didn't realise that it was possible because everyone seems to fitt a thinner mesh...a la halfords?? Has anyone else managed not to lose the standard grill??

Hi I'm wanting to replace a damaged lower grill section (behind number plate) on a mates Cupra R and just wondered if anyone had done one and how complex it is to do. Any assistance much appreciated :)

has any1 got eibach coilovers and found that even when the back 1s are wound right down its still far too high? Theres still more to go at the front but the back doesnt match up. Will i beable to get shorter springs or will it knacker the shocks? ill put pics up tomoz cos its dark now :doh...

Just wanting to know if cupras are have lowered suspension as standard compared to standard ibiza. Reason being i'm looking at suspension kits and wanting to know if when they say lowers by 40 mm whether it would be 40mm on a cupra or say 20mm if as standard its 20mm lower than a base spec...

Well i lowered my Leon Cupra 35mm on Eibach springs last week and thought it was crap,not low enough so i purchased these instead.. These will be fitted sunday,i will update with 'as fitted' pics!!
