I just got my k03s this morning... And am gonna fit it my self...I have a good enough idea on what todo.. do i remove tip and undo Downpipe to the wastegate then Undo the 3 3 bolts to the manifold... Then is there a oil return feed to the turbo ? Does that simple unscrew and there 2...

Well first things first....its fitted :D But what i nightmare we've ( Jim and Me ) had, was easy to take the existing mani and turbo off, then came the annoying bit! :censored: should off put out a swear box! lol. first off we had grind the turbo housing as there was an extra fitting point...

After my bad run down in pompey back in the summer she was back on the rollers today. I wasnt very confident to be honest but it all turned out good. After some minor 'tweeking' I managed to pull 231bhp & 263lb/ft. Which IMO is pretty much spot on for a k03s revostg2 (from what i have read)...

Managed to get out tonight for abit of decent logging after the car being off the road for 6 weeks :( Id just like other opinions really. I was expecting abit better airflow now ive gone to a open cone rather than a modded box,but only pulled 174g/s with the OC compared to 172g/s on the modded...

is this a k03s turbo? bit unsure as to how to identify differences between them, the blades on this look to be a k03s...

Hi all, Are you able to get the internals of the Ko03s turbos changed so that it is able to run more boost? or would you just get a different turbo? is which ones?? Kind regards, Alex
