Im having problems with the standard intercooler piping poping off just before the inlet manifold, Can anyone reccommend somewhere in the northwest that can make something a bit stronger than standard? Ive already got forge piping for the intercooler but im not sure if they can make a one off...

I finally managed to install a S3 intercooler on my Cupra the other day. Installation was an absolute nightmare and took me about 5 hours to complete freezing my butt off in the driveway... :blink: But the results are definitely worth it! :D It feels like the engine runs more smoothly...

Want spray my intercooler, can you spray it just using normal spray paint ? And will it affect the performance at all ? Thanks Rob.

hey people, after all the good things i have heard about the THS intercooler i couldnt resist getting one! :D it came straight away, so i rang SFS and spoke to Lee (thank you hooch) he did me an amazing deal and had all the parts including the alloy pipe on the shelf! I went and picked them up...

would i be able to spray up my intercooler? without it doing any harm. i was thinking of spyaing it white so it would stand out under the grill.
