Can this part be got in black to suit an LCR??????????

Just had a look at my engine bay looking for some loose pipes and observed a small pool of oil on top of the filter housing this is the second time i have noticed this. I have checked all bolts in the area of the housing and had a good look but no sign of where it's coming from any ideas????

This appears to be a common modification amongst the VAG engines especially the 1.8t In order to run bigger injectors the ecu either needs to be reprogrammed (if you can get into the relevant maps) or by modifying the sensor inputs in order for the ecu to cope. Bigger housing means more air...

Had my car serviced in june and since then oil has been leaking on a daily basis from where the oil filter sits. Had it bacl to dealer 3 times now and they still cant stop oil from coming out. I think htey might just be removing the cap cleaning it and putting it back on instead of putting a new...

Looking at my engine bay last night and i've decided that the piece of pipe from the MAF housing to the filter would look much better in silicone , just wandering if anyone has already replaced that part or knows which angle/size etc i need to save me messing about ?;) Cheers Jim

Just wondered if anyone could shed some light on on the front speaker housing:confused: :( Things is i bought rear infinaty 6 x 9's on an acoustic shelf and they fitted in beatifully. :mad: Fronts caused me more hasle then it's worth. the thing is on my old mk3 golf the kappa's fitted...
