honeycomb

Ok, got my facelift bumper today (ebay) but some of the fixings have broken off the top of the honeycome part. Now, i dont really mind as i would like to change the honeycomb to the slats (Which are on my pre-facelift bumper) I HAVE had a good search but didnt really find the answers? All i need...

Should I go with slatted or Honeycomb rad grills on my new cupra bumper (I have both).

looking around the forum lately ive really taken a liking to the honeycomb grill on the mk3 ibiza cupra particularly because of the small size of the holes. has anyone done this to their lcrs? or have any opinion on whether it would look right?

trying to fit the the front honeycomb grill on the new leon got the plugs out but the bloody thing wont come out it says push down first to unclip and then lift out but it wont move why does everything on this car be so hard to fit !!!!! can anybody help?

Hey up gents,can anyone help???? Does anyone have any pics or any info on where i can buy the honeycomb sytle inserts for the 3 upper sections for my LCR SO THEY MATCH THE BOTTOM SECTION, :confused: i`ve seen a pic of one and it looked well ,and has anyone done it and/or know if its difficult??

Is there anywhere I can ge a de-badged honeycomb grille for my cupra? I've seen the FK ones and their just vertical lines and they dont look right to me. I had a search as well and couldnt see anything :(

This is what it looks like... With of course my custom made debadge centre piece... Looks just as i thought it would... not to much honey comb but looks more uniform than the OEM slats... P.S. i will be making a slatted centre de badge from my old slats on the upper grill so watch...

..ok so there has been lots of conversations about this. Slick originally bought one and then got an LCR front bumper so it wont fit, i then bought it and fitted it this morning personally i dont like the look of it so im selling it on it fits PERFECTLY as its an OEM part thats been...

OK so I know that the centre 'S' bit of the top grill doesn't fit the LCR bumper, but does the big one-piece part that has the upper honeycomb side grills fit?

I need a new one of these (large central bottom grille) as a golf ball went through it on the way home from Westec at the end of last year. I assume the bumper has to come off to do this? I'd like to give fitting it myself ago to save on labour charges but really don't want to bite of...

Hi just before the Air Filter there is a load of plastic honeycomb affect? what is there for ? can it be got rid of for smoother intake or is it vital for some reason? thanks steve :confused:

Have seen a couple of ibizas with the big S removed at the front! I think it looks much better! After inspection it appears i need to replace the grill completely! Any ideas where i may be able to get a new one that has the same mesh etc but without the S ?? Cheers people ;)
