Ok iam after getting a HID conversion but just not sure how bright to go. Iam looking at 5K or 6K ones, but i dont want lights so bright that i annoy people when tailgating on the motorway, or blind drivers on other side of the road. Just wanted some help deciding :confused:

Hi, I currently have 8k HIDs on my car, H4 style bulbs and recently one of the bulbs has burnt out. What I want to know is if I buy 6k replacement bulbs, H4s, will they work on the same ballasts.. I.e. is the ballast only providing power and the bulb is controlling the light output colour...

Right, had these on for a mere 7 months and now only ones working! Any ideas? I checked all wiring etc and nothing unusual is visible. It has been raining cats and dogs recently so maybe down to that!? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

How do I get rid of the condensation in the headlamp? I am thinking remove the bulb and try to dry out with wifes hair dryer on low and then ensure the rubber grummet is sealed properly. Comments welcome Cheers Virge

You'll know if you have it, soon as you put the main headlight switch to "ON" you get static interference through the radio. After searching the t'internet it as been said to actually relay the ballasts rather than using the cars loom. I have just bought one from Ebay XENON HID RELAY...
