this is really bugging me now! if i turn my heater on it only blows boiling!!!!!!!!! and it still feels like air is coming out the vents even when i turn it off, hot air that is. i know a bit comes through even when off but its still roasting. ANY suggestions will be greatly appreciated...

Hi, i was just driving home and noticed the windows were steamed up, so checked and saw that the heater was on 4 but wasn't working! I tried starting the engine again but no luck. Both cold and warm are dead, i'm seriously considering getting rid of it. :(

From the centre of the dash, it's just the thin ring that sits infront of the vent that the want to sell. Can't find them on their own anywhere. Thanks
