i need to get my rear bumper off for a touch up in the body shop, i would leave the car there but i need it over xmas so im leaving the bumper instead, but how do i get it off? easy or a nightmare? cheers for any help oh sorry mk3 ibiza cupra

as stated. and also how easy do they mark/swirl i am in the process of selling my mini cooper s and after a lcr cant decide between black or emocion red my mini is black and the paint seems quite good quality but it still swirls i can get most of them out when i do the full zymol treatment...
